Company History

Founded in the 1990's by David Blumsack as an alternative to how property management companies worked with owners and interacted with tenants, Rockmont Management has grown to become the area’s most complete, yet flexible, property management company.

David began his career in the landscape/home repair business and earned a reputation as a creative consultant and a dedicated hands-on worker. Through his associations with small to mid-sized property owners, David soon recognized the need for that same honest, hardworking approach to all aspects of property management.

Encouraged by family, friends, and a handful of property owners, David started Rockmont Management in a small Somerville office. His instincts were correct and people quickly began to respond to his style and approach. Over the years his professional support staff grew and he assembled a working crew and network of suppliers that shared his vision and commitment.

Today, the same refreshing approach to property management that ignited the desire to become an entrepreneur himself remains the cornerstone of the Rockmont philosophy.
